HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY ?
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
The order usually takes 3-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
We charge a shipping fee of INR 80-120/- depending on the postal code , free shipping on orders above 2499/-
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India.
WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY COD OPTION ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?
If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process. In most cases if the payment is debited from your account, it gets automatically credited back to you account within 5 business days.

Make sure you are logged into your account on our website. Click on My Account > Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history).
